Located in Willemsted on the Caribbean island of Curacao is this 8-block village which is part of the Kura Hulanda resort. It comprises of 65 various Dutch colonial restored buildings that line the cobbled streets. It is the brainchild of Jacob Gelt Dekker who put it together as an historic and environmental preservation project funded by the Jade Foundation.

It really is like being in a small village as it comprises of the world-acclaimed Museum Kurá Hulanda (an anthropological museum) a casino, and a cultural research center.
