Mx's experience was in Side, Turkey. He went on 14 of July 2007 for 1 hour. He went for adventure, relaxation. MX's verdict is: life changing.

During my honeymoon which I spent in Side in Turkey, when I was tired of lying on the beach I wanted to do something exciting. I was jealous about the guys flying over me on the parachute linked to boat, so I decided to check how exciting it is. I even didn't know that kind of activity is called parasailing.
It was my first time being in the air outside of an airplane, and now I know I really regret I haven't tried before.

Line connecting me with the boat was 350 m long, the angle to water was about 30 degrees so i was at the height of about 175m. The view was really amazing! I saw few tens of km around me, and it was absolutely something different then the view from airplane's window. It is something completely different, when you are able to feel the wind in your hear, and look around without seeing anyone around, just you and 3 dimensions ;). I was also surprised how quiet it is there. I thought boat's engine will be noise, but it was so long way from me, so I couldn't hear it at all. With this atmosphere, you can forget about everything and dream....

After i think 15 minutes of flight and making one round, they slowed down and directed my parachute over the beach. I was flying several meters over the beach. It was amazing feeling, when almost everyone is looking at you and some of them are waving to you.

At the same end they wanted to lower me so I could feel the water with my legs, and THEN THE REAL ADVENTURE STARTED! Line connecting me with parachute connected to one of the buoys. They accelerated to fly me higher, but the line in the middle of us were connected to the buoy. My adrenaline went really high at that moment. I was screaming to them, so they did something, while I was closer and closer to the water. They started accelerating and slowing down few times to try to disconnect the lines. When I started to think how to disconnect from the parachute and jump to the water, lines finally disconnected, they dabbled my legs once again and luckily all the adventure finished like in american movie with the happy end.

I've been through that leg-dipping experiene before, but I did it on the Gold Coast in Australia, and everytime we got dipped we were dodging mammoth jellyfish at our legs - terrifying!
